RCA 32" LED Will not come on nor is the standby light working

During a storm the power flickered briefly and the tv shut off (plugged into outlet) and hasnt come on since nor has the standy light! I have tried plugging it into other working outlets with no change as well as testing the outlet it was in and its fine. So I know it has guaranteed power, it just wont come on! I removed the back to check the main board for blown/scorched fuses and found none, but when inplig it in with the back removed I can hear a faint noise coming from the board. At this point Im not sure what I should do! Anyone else have this problem?

I'd replace it, unless you want to try replacing the board. A 32" RCA TV should be really cheap to replace, especially if you get a used working one.
