have this android table by RCA it keeps recycling on and off and will not go anywhere. I found how to get into its systems and ran its systems file test . All the system files boot log and system files are corrupted and useless to run the device. systems clock is back to 2018 and it needs new files to work again. SD card or USB files i dont know but is there files for this system that can be downloaded and reinstalled somewhere.??? Nothing to recover system will not work as system has corrupted files and boot files
