Solved! RCA rlded4897a won’t turn on

Turned it off one day, wouldn’t come back on, you can turn it from the red standby light to the blue on light but no picture. I had it unplugged sitting for a few weeks and randomly plugged it in just to see if it would come on, it did, but after I turned it out for again, it does what it was originally doing. Is it with fixing? How much?

Should be the power supply board (faulty/old capacitors)

Thank you, I kind of thought so just wanted another opinion. I saw a used one on ebay, do you know of a good site to buy a new one?
