RCA RTS739BWS SOUND BAR, the subwoofer quits working

help with RCA soundbar, model RTS739BWS , the subwoofer quites working after a few minutes or after there is no bass or music playing? the little speakers also don't have any soound out of them no matter how I connect them (right or left or whatever parity) any ideas?

Wireless subwoofers tend to loose pairing with the soundbar. Move the sub closer to the soundbar. You might not get surround sound from all your sources or if the soundbar is not connected via the optical input.
