RCA smart tv virtuoso no picture

I just got an rca 70” smart tv virtuoso and we just turned it on and it has sound but only a black screen

What source are you using? Did you test it with a few things? Need some details about exactly what is hooked up, how it's hooked up and what you tried already if anything.
