RCA Tablet clicking sound

My tablet was working fine. Then one day it wouldn't turn on. and it makes a clicking sound about every 3 seconds. Tried the reset sequence, but that does not do anything.

Sounds like hardware. If it is under warranty, contact the manufacturer. If not then I would try a local tech.
