Touchscreen stopped functioning I've done a hard reset and it still won't work does anyone know how to fix it

If it won't work after a "Hard Reset" then it isn't software an the displays connections may need to be either fixed or the display even replaced. And those would be the simpler fixes. If it is under warranty, then contact the manufacturer. If it isn't under warranty, then I would suggest you try a local tech.
