I have an RCA tablet model 101SA23T1. The problems started when I reformat it.
1. The system windows is Win 10
2. The touch screen and the attached keyboard stopped working
3. The system shutdown arbitrarily without prompting.
4. The drivers are not available on site.

This model is VERY dependent on OEM drivers (touchscreen, keyboard dock, accelerometer, power management, etc.). When you reinstall Windows 10 from a generic ISO, those drivers are wiped—and Windows Update does not provide them.
