RCA Viking ll. Screen went black, can see hint of light around edges. Can't turn off. Can't do anything.

Screen went blank on Viking ll. Can't turn off. Can't do anything. Any ideas?

Wait for it to lose power, let it charge a small amount and then try turning it on. If the screen still shows blank, but the device turns on, then you would have to get it repaired.
