Hi! It's been stuck for quite a while on 45% now, and service host: local system is still downloading but it's not moving!! I have limited bandwidth of 1.6 Mbps!

what are my options? help!

news is its now 53% from when I posted this, it is in fact not stuck although slow af. could be my internet. :3

Has anyone installed this update already?
