Realtek detects speakers but no sound

Please help me to solve this problem...Realtek detects my speakers but there isn't any sound on Windows 7.
I give my dates

Cpu: Amd Sempron 145
Mother: Asus M5A78L-M LX3
Memory: 8Gb 1333mhz
OS: Windows 7 Professional X64

Solutions I tried
1)Re-installing the Realtek HD audio drivers
2)Plugging 3.5mm connector to my phone (while USB connector is plugged to mother) and playing a song and there's sound on speakers
3)Reverting to an old version of Realtek driver
4)Configurating HD Audio from the BIOS
5)Re-installing the OS

Please...if you can help me to solve this problem I'll be eternally thanked

Were the speakers working fine, then stopped working?

Have you tried plugging the speakers into another source, i.e. phone and seeing if there is sound?

I'm thinking that the speakers themselves maybe broken.

yes I tried plugging them to my phone playing a song and work
