I am using Razer kraken pro v2 and it has a 3.5mm jack but when ever I plug it in Realtek HD audio manager let me choose one option, mic or headphones.
For audio splitters they work for me but my friend hear everything happens in my pc because of them , we play video games alot and it really becomes noisy.
Please help me guys I googled everywhere!

Solution
your current audio device is realtek which is a chip, soldered and integrated to the motherboard. Depending on which other hardware you are using, especially the power supply and motherboard, your audio is susceptible to interferences. The use of a dedicated soundcard is not as susceptible as an onboard audio chip.

Your motherboard doesn´t provide a combo audio port, so just one audio / record device is usable in one jack.

eventually would try this one

Yes it is , but the problem is with Realtek HD audio manage. It won't detect my mic from my headset, it should be detected without extra soundcards because I have one already in my motherboard. It lets me choose either mic or headphones and ca't choose both.

I'm using splitter right now to use my headset, but the splitter quality isn't that good, friends hear everything happens in my pc.
So do you recommend buying a new splitter or a usb adapter for my splitter ?

I figured it out. My [] B350 Tomahawk motherboard doesn't have a combined audio/mic jack. Thanks for the help anyway.
I might buy a usb audio adapter or a separate mic.
