I am getting no sound from my speakers..

There is no light appearing on the speaker when switched on.

I have the Realtek HD Audio Manager and everything seems OK there although to be honest I would be none the wiser.

I have run the various diagnosis applications pointed to by the MS Forum.

I have Volume Speakers 48%
