Hi, so this is the first time I've ever posted in a forum so I don't know much about the rules and whatnot.
So my headphones were working properly for the past year until today. When I plug them in, the audio seems to turn off. I tried multiple headphones but I get the same results. The speakers work fine but when I plug in my headphones it seems to not recognize them. Although Realtek does recognize when I plug them in since it prompts me to choose which kind of headphones I'm plugging in... http

At first I thought it was my drivers. I tried to automatically update them but they were all up to date. So I tried to manually update them but nothing changed. Then I tried uninstalling them and re-installing them. Same thing, speakers work, headphones don't.
I am using Realtek High Definition Audio. Here is a picture of my drivers... http

Playback devices only shows me the speakers which are called Realtek High Definition Audio Default Device.
I'm not really that well versed in computers so I'm not sure if I am missing something.
