Hi, so this is the first time I've ever posted in a forum so I don't know much about the rules and whatnot.
So my headphones were working properly for the past year until today. When I plug them in, the audio seems to turn off. I tried multiple headphones but I get the same results. The speakers work fine but when I plug in my headphones it seems to not recognize them. Although Realtek does recognize when I plug them in since it prompts me to choose which kind of headphones I'm plugging in... http/imgur.com/iXbWdAJ
At first I thought it was my drivers. I tried to automatically update them but they were all up to date. So I tried to manually update them but nothing changed. Then I tried uninstalling them and re-installing them. Same thing, speakers work, headphones don't.
I am using Realtek High Definition Audio. Here is a picture of my drivers... http/imgur.com/J78XDRd
Playback devices only shows me the speakers which are called Realtek High Definition Audio Default Device.
I'm not really that well versed in computers so I'm not sure if I am missing something.
