Reboot or Select

Hi, basically i factory reset my toshiba satellite laptop but it shutdown during the middle of the process. Its windows 8.1 btw. Anyways, it keeps saying reboot or select proper device message or whateverthat means. I have tried everything the forums on varying websites and nothing has worked.

Use the f-key option to Factory Reset again and pray that the HDD wasn't damaged when it was shutdown.
