Receiving Anik F1 in the northeast U.S.

Am using Pansat 2500a with DTV dish, get apx 75% signal, 0 quality.
Do I have a chance of receiving with larger 30 inch dish ?

Anik F1 requires a different lnb{f} for polarity and freq than DTV.
And yes a bigger dish >18".
