Recommended New Build Applications

So I just built my first computer, and I was wondering if there are certain applications people would recommend I download that would be beneficial to me. Below are my current specs.

OS: Windows 8.1
CPU: i7-4770k 4.4 Ghz
MB: Asus Maximus VII Hero
GPU: EVGA 780ti Classified
Ram: 16GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866
SSD: 840 Evo 500GB
PSU: Corsair AX860
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i

Then there are windows 8 tweaks such as disabling animations and changing themes . they have a small impact on
performance that it is not worth changing

I've been using CCleaner to clean my registry for years and never had any issues with it. It also gives you the option to backup your registry so that you can restore it if you have any issues with crashing or not booting correctly. It also has other tools to easily let you change startup programs, uninstall programs, search for files and wipe old drivers. (Basically an easier to use control panel). As well as clearing temporary and "junk" files.
