I have a record player. A Resprom GEC 301 to be exact. I need speakers for it but I have absolutely no idea but the plug is very strange. (It has one hole with five holes above it that looks like petals) Does anybody have any ideas for speakers?

That looks like a 6 pin Mini-DIN plug to me. I have never seen this used for sound before and it might be a proprietary speaker configuration using the mini din plug, similar or same as PS2 connection, from the manufacturer. There are a few variations of the mini-DIN plug so you may need to contact the manufacturer and find out specifically for them. I suspect your turntable is a regional model and we will not find much information on it internationally.

Does your connection look similar to this:

I can't find anything on it either, but I suspect that it needs to be connected via an XLR connector to an amplification device or possibly uses a connector and speaker assembly similar to what is used on the Logitech Z323 speaker system to connect the subwoofer to the primary speaker.

Resprom seems to be a Bulgarian company, later renamed into Bitova, that went bankrupt in 2014. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bitova_Electronika

Resprom GEC(S?) 301 in cyrillic seem to be "Респром ГЕС 301" which is searchable on Google to reveal some pictures. One shows the backside of a turntable with a 5-pin DIN connector. https://www.sandacite.bg/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/%D0%B3%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%BC%D0%BE%D1%84%D0%BE%D0%BD-%D1%80%D0%B5%D1%81%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%BC-%D0%B3%D0%B5%D1%81301-3.jpg
