Record TV Program and telecast in Facebook Live

Appreciate if someone can help me on the below scenario.
I would like to record a TV program to my computer and live telecast via Facebook live. Which is the best way to do it?

Out of the box, there must be a way to do it.It was working fine when I try to copy youtube URL and telecast to Facebook live via OBS.

Stuff on utube is different than what is on TV.
Again, copyright infringement.

You are obviously not the first person to think of doing this. FB will not be your private TV distribution channel.
