Question Recover my Tecno S1

I had Factory reset my tecno S1... and it tells me to enter the recovery email which synced last... but when I try to enter the email, it says it is unable to connect, I have to try after 24 hours... sincerely, I never synced before I formatted the phone

We can't help you here, contact your service provider. If the phone is locked to your account, you need to find out yourself what account that is. We can't help with bypassing security.
