Recovering Contacts from samsung account

I have lost my samsung note 2, most of the contacts in that phone was synced to the samsung account. How do I retrieve them, currently I do not have a samsung phone.

Samsung or google account?

I had contacts in both account, but the important ones were in the Samsung account. I was able to retrieve the contacts that were synced to Google account

contact samsung. next time back it up somewhere that not lock to your phone manufacturer

i have same problem . use another samsung mobile and then open the samsung account . then you would get all the contact .
