How do I get the my photos in my Gmail account to my new phone with the same number as the old phone

Googe will have known you have a new phone so if you set to agree to synchronysing, and you had before, you should be able to download the photos to the new phone. Anything on the old device can be transferred to the new one via a PC or laptop and the SdCard can simply swap over.
