Solved! Red and green flashing lights on my Nikon Coolpix 3200

I was cleaning out my attic and I found my old camera. It's a Nikon Coolpix 3200. for some reason when I put new batteries in and tried to turn it on, it doesn't come on but I have red and green flashing lights on the back. Is the camera shot or am I doing something wrong with it? I never had this issue before.

green is the charging light, not sure what the red light is
