You need to use the same account you purchased them under.


That's the thing. It doesn't recognize that I had bought it, probably because I bought them under a different email/account.
 
I believe that assisting you in breaking or stripping copyright protection is against the rules here at Tom's Hardware. I am sorry, but I don't think you will get any help here.

Download this free audio converter, Load the music files and convert to WAV

or, burn the files to dsic, rip them back in Windows Media Player and that removes Protected and makes the files MP3
