Solved! Redirect Bass to LFE channel in a stereo audio file

How do I redirect bass from my stereo speakers to my subwoofer when playing a stereo audio file. My Windows 10 PC is connected to my receiver, which is connected to my TV.

If PC to receiver connection is HDMI/Optical, the bass management takes place on the receiver. Configure receiver to SUBWOOFER YES, and the LFE info will go there.
