Regarding frequencies, help

Hello, thinking of buying the Moto G 2, basically I need to make sure if it will work with my current carrier. I have Ultra Mobile.

1700/2100 MHz (3G / 4G or LTE depending on location)
1900 MHz (2G or 3G / 4G depending on location)
850 MHz (2G)

And this is the Motorola G 2 :
2G bands GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 - Global model
HSDPA 850 / 1700 / 1900 / 2100 - USA model

I'm pretty sure it should work, but this is the first time I'm buying the phone online so I want to make sure.

- should I go with USA model too? I live in Chicago, IL. Don't plan on traveling/etc
