Regarding Steam Purchase

Hello,
I recently purchased Assassins Creed Syndicate on Steam since they had a Ubisoft Weekend sale. I did not want to miss it as I was getting a really good deal for this game. I am planning to upgrade my Pc in a week or so and wish to install that game after upgrading my PC. Right now the game is added to my library but I haven't Installed it.

Is there a certain limit of time for installing the game after purchase. Will i have to pay again if i install the game late?

Nope! Once you purchase a game on Steam, it is saved to your Steam account. You can install it any time you want, as many times as you want, on any computer you want, so long as you are logged into your Steam account.

Thanks Mate for the Answer. It was my first question so I had a bit of doubt.
One last question, how much internet speed is required for quicky downloading games on steam like in a day. I have 1mbps internet speed. If it is sufficient then its good if not then please suggest me the sufficient Speed and I will then upgrade my internet plans.
