reinstall problems with BitDefender 2016

I recently had to reinstall my antivirus. When I run the installation process it tells me that Bitdefender 2011 even though I have never installed that version. I have tried cleaning my registry with CCleaner, I have tried using the bitdefender removal tools from 2016 and 2011 versions. When using the 2011 removal tools, executing additional tools fails to remove.

Have you searched the registry for 'bitdefender', or tried a registtry cleaner / Wise has a good free edition of theirs 😉

I had originally tried CCleaner which didnt work. Wise has fixed my fixed the problem, thank you very much.
