reinstall system32 files back on my toshiba laptop

my son tryed to do a repair on my laptop but uninstalled windows\system32 files are they are corrupted can anyone help w/ what to do id like to get the files reinstall though a free download

You need a Windows disk and run a repair setup. In many cases errors with files are because of a failing hard drive, not the fact that the files are corrupted.
