Question Remove a web page that won't go away

Hello,
I went to Google Go and searched for car rental. A Hot Wire web site popped up. I glanced through the info and closed the page, and shut the phone down. Now that web page keeps showing up when I power up my phone. Restarting does not make it go away. How can I get rid of the webpage?

Did you clear the browser cache and check what your default home page is set to?
