Repair usb toshiba a135

Hello, please help me usb port not recognized from laptop toshiba a135,
windows 7 new installation. but still the same usb "port not recognized"

Hi adifernady,

Do ensure that you had all the driver required properly installed. And may I know what do you mean by not regognizing the usb port?( It doesn't show up on device manager??) or is it that it doesn't recognize anything that are plugged into the usb port?

every time the USB FLASDISK in put into a laptop USB port message appears in the lower right corner that shows the message "usb not recognized" until finally I did reset bios laptop, then I do reinstall Windows 7 to 3 times, but the result remains the same "usb not recognized" whether the usb port on my laptop broken? Please help me...

bro i am haveing the same problem "usb not recognised". i have also done all the updates , reinstallation of windows bios update etc, but the problem is in motherboard. its not the software problem. get hepl from a hardware techi. i have successfully done that. so guys get ur motherboard flashed.
