Replace R5 GPU??

I have a HP Touchscreen Notebook with an AMD A10-9600P APU and an AMD Radeon R5 GPU. Can I replace the R5 GPU with a better unit? The A10 seems to be a great processor, but the R5 leaves much to be desired in the graphics department. I've looked at some lists, but really don't know if what is compatible with my notebook. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

What is the exact model? Go to hp support site and lookup the service manual for your model

are you sure it not the intergated R5? if that the case, will probably need to upgrade the APU(if they have the option)
