replaced the new hard drive

It was working fine then I was told the hard drive was gone so I replaced it and it says no operating system found I'm new at this and no idea what to do next Sony VAIO? Can some one HELP????

Do you have a windows disk from Sony?

A new hard drive does not come pre-intstalled with an operating system. You need a disk.

Talk to sony for a recover disk

You'll need to call (or email) Sony. They can probably send you a disk for $20-90, just as a rough ballpark. You'll probably need proof of purchase.
