1. You are not RAM POOR are u?
2. See diagnostic above says you should enable TRIM.
3. Make sure Indexing is configured correctly. I would only let it do indexing in the middle of night when am sleeping.

Not quite, have 16 gb ram

Could you please expand lil bit about TRIM
and Indexing configurations or send me web links that’s explain because im not so familiar with these two
