replacement of graphic card

I have been thinking of replacing my graphic card. But since I have had the card for a while I have not keep up with the latest developments in graphic cards. so I'm asking for advise on a possible replacement.

My current card is a sapphire HD 7850 on a Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 MB with a AMD FX-8350 eigth-core processor.

Now what I'm trying to do is buy a new improved card without having to break the bank. Thanks for any advise.

With the rise of pricing due to cryptocurrency mining I'd probably go with the GTX 1050 ti. If the pricing was normal I would of recommended the RX 470 or RX 570.
