I have an old Panasonic SC-HT940 surround sound system. The DVD player no longer works properly and the system doesn't connect to my new TV (LG 43UF6430). Is there a current DVD player that will connect to my speakers and TV?
Thanks much!

Solution
Sure, any modern surround sound system, or get a DVD player and a receiver or a used system with no speakers if you want to use yours. I don't know of an all-in-one DVD and surround sound receiver that does not also come as a set with speakers. Since you need to replace it, may as well get a blueray one so take advantage of the new TV.
