hey

first i still run CRT TV in living room and want to replace, and i have no idea anything about TVs

1. so i need few things UHD or full HD is always question, is UHD worth on 40" display?
2. is it better to go on UHD (40", low price this one) or go with some mid range full HD?
3. good quality TV that wont break after my warranty is done
4. LG only one with 5 years (but only sometimes in my country). any other companies with above 2 years warranty?

You are right on the borderline between a 1080p and 4K TV. At 40", you will not notice that much of a difference, and realize that at this point, there is almost no content in 4K, although this will be changing in the next year.

I would suggest a Vizio LED 1080p HDTV given the uncertainties of 4K at this point.

3D is a dying standard, and none of the TV's at CES were pushing it at all.

http://www.amazon.com/LG-Electronics-42LB5600-42-Inch-1080p/dp/B00KVLT0A4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1421964631&sr=8-2&keywords=lg+led+hdtv+40%22

LG makes a 42" TV. I like the LG sets when I see them, although a little oversaturated in the colors.
