Solved! Replacing old Nividia card with new(But same) on my ROG ASUS G551JM

Is it possible for me to replace my Nividia GTX 860m graphics card on my ROG ASUS G551JM with the same one but brand new?

Why would you want to replace with the same chip??

It is a moot point since I think the graphics chip is soldered into the motherboard and not user replaceable.

Because I cant upgrade it this I know. So im having lag issues and heat issues. I think the card may be failing so would just like to replace it.

Heat issues are common withy laptops.
Verify that your intake and exhaust vents are clear.
It might be worthwhile to take the cooler apart and repaste it.
I really doubt your graphics adapter is defective.
