Replay issue?

Replaytv hang up on me. When I rebooted I lost two shows in my recieved folder. Is my drive going bad or is this an issue with My Replay?

It is most likely some corruption on your harddrive. The behavor you
describe is not normal, or even a bug I've heard of.
