Ugh, I use this type of meditation on a regular basis. It's called a Binaural Beat. It plays a slightly higher frequency on one ear and only works with headphones. It stimulates the brain (scientifically proven) into different alpha and beta states and so on. The CD's a relative of mine gave me are AWESOME. They are expensive and worth it. This particular track is pretty intense with the uprising tone... not very relaxing. lol

i have been listening to electronic dance music and trance music for over 15 years and it definitely has mind altering effects. Which is probably why i listen to so much of it.
Anybody who listens to over 15 hours of trance or techno a week will know what im talking about.

Gate of hades sounds like a sound test going from low frequencies to high. Nothing much, listened to it on a low volume as my ears can't take a lot of sound.

hey guys we are forgetting one thing here...young adults(ages 2-18ish) can hear higher frequencies that most adults can not. this is due to the ear still being developed all the way until your late teenage years. we should have someone between the ages 13-18 to actually try this.

when I saw the title I said,... I've been doing this for years... there's nothing like laying back and listening to some good music. Music is like a drug, RAP makes you think you're a gangsta while Rock makes you feel like a God, flying and making your hair stand up 😛. Anyway those sounds are just stupid.

Worst part about this is some crazed group of idiot parents will see the BS and write their senator and demand action be taken. And that senator will see this and these BS "news" articles and get some law passed. The -D senators will vote for it because it's all about 'keeping the children safe' and the -R senators will vote for it because the 'young hooligans are getting high' and neither -D nor -R Senators seem to have any understanding on any technology less than 140 years old.
