I believe a significant portion of the new domains are for malware/scam sites...

How many of those were .xxx domains that companies registered so they wouldn't have porn sites associated with their names? It wouldn't go over well to have porn on microsoft.xxx or vatican.xxx

Isn't it sad how much junk is on the Internet nowadays? I'm totally the same.

I'd rather have freedom of choice and freedom of speech than a handful of sites. It would be like watching BBC News and Entertainment all day - I think I'd top myself.
