[citation][nom]appleItech[/nom]I have been with AT&T ever since the first iPhone was released and I have not had any problems what so ever with them. There service is far greater than Verizon's poor customer service, and being the fact that AT&T has taken on the load and not been crippled by the fact of hosting the iPhone while making major improvements to their network is pretty good. Those thinking that Verizon hosting an iPhone will be outperforming, will be very pissed when the day comes of Verizon/iPhone exclusivity agreement and find that VERIZON Sucks.[/citation]
I don't know what US you live in, but just because you had a bad experience with them does not mean that they have poor customer service. In fact, they are consitently rated as #1 in customer service (sometimes tied with or closely followed by TMobile). AT&T follows in third with sprint almost always comming in last.
And AT&T has done anything but take on the load and enhance their network. Did you completely miss the stories of people in NY and LA who COULD NOT MAKE ANY CALLS because their network was over congested? They did not have the capacity to support the iphone at all and it took them MONTHS to add that capacity. Verizon spends more $/subscriber on their network and towers than any other company. If any company can handle the added strain, they would be the ones. Even without the iphone and before they bought US Cellular, VZW had positive customer churn meaning they were ADDING subscribers, not loosing them. Before the iphone, AT&T was having negative churn.
