Rescue disc help

Depends on what you mean by lost everything.
Did your hard drive fail? Is it just not booting. Tell us what's going on.
Also do you mean the rescue disc that you made when you got the computer or is this some other rescue disc?

Windows 10 something happened and now I am left with nothing. Tried all suggestions but it Leeds me to a rescue disc or new hard drive thanks

Well I am not computer savvy but this is all I get . No bootable device please restart system. Checking media Fail.

If that is what you get, take it to a shop get it fix. Either the HDD failed or the connection came loose.
