Rescuse Password for 2016/04/25

I am looking for a Rescue password for 2016/04/25 for what ever reason my laptop will not generate a rescue code, and I am unable to boot past the user password as I have forgotten it. Is there any way to generate a rescue password so I am able to use my laptop again?
