Reset dell Inspiron mini 10 to Factory

Hello I am trying to restore factory settings on my sell Inspiron mini 10 it is at 100% on storage and CPU usage so I backed it up and want to start over any help will be greatly appreciated and thanks!

Does your Mini have a Recovery Partition? You can check that by going to Disk Manager, and checking for a large partition without a disk letter.

If so, pressing Ctrl-F11 during boot should activate it. Here is a thread at Dell forum of someone who did it
