I get all the way to the choose yes if you are sure you want to continue screen and it won't allow me to push yes I can click no or anything else but when I click on the yes button nothing happens

Solution
Go to Microsoft and download the latest Windows 10 installation media (see below). Use it to perform a clean install. However, your current HDD could be experiencing a failure. Should know more once we know if you can successfully install Windows...or not.

BTW, I suspect your recovery partition may be part of the problem (thus the failure). It could also be a symptom of a failing HDD as well.

It is a Toshiba Satallite Laptop it keeps giving me the screen telling me to choose a boot device or insert boot media. When I push 0 or F12 the F12 gives me a boot menue when I click on HDD recovery A box opens telling me "The Hard Drive Recovery Process has been selected. Please choose [Yes] if you are sure that you want to continue. When I click yes nothing happens I can click on no and the x to close the box but when I click on the Yes button nothing happens.I bought it with Windows 8 but later downloaded and installed the Windows 10 that was given free from MS.
