My Dell n5110 laptop is rebooting automatically each 3 seconds after start..I formated my Hard Disk ..so no os..

Could be a bad motherboard. You can try with different RAM, try without the hard drive in the system at all see if it will get to the BIOS. Was it doing this before you wiped the drive?
