Restart problem with Acer aspire E5-721

Acer Aspire E5 boots normally but whenever I click on restart the laptop will shut down and restarts but with black screen. So it stars normally only when I press the power button. A rest after a program installation is not possible. I hope someone could help with the solution.

It could be a glitch with your battery... I know with my aspire I've had troubles with it. If you look on the bottom of it there should be a little hole with a little battery on top. Shut your laptop completely off, unplug it and put a pin or paper clip into the hole for 4-5 seconds.
