Question Restore cleared WhatsApp chats

Hello all I have a google pixel 6 and cleared one of my whatapp chats last year (it was a friends old number) in November losing messages and images.

My whatapp backup has overridden the old chats so I cannot restore them by uninstalling and reinstalling whatsapp as I have tried this already.

Is there any way to restore the cleared chat, I have been looking at using Dr Fone created by Wondershare but do not trust them.

Any advice/ help would be appreciated.
